Qualifying Conditions for Low THC Oil in Georgia
Patients may qualify for a Low THC Oil medical cannabis certification if diagnosed with one of the following conditions recognized by Georgia law:
- AIDS
- Alzheimer’s disease
- Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)
- Autism spectrum disorder (age restrictions apply)
- Cancer
- Crohn’s disease
- Epidermolysis bullosa
- Intractable pain
- Mitochondrial disease
- Multiple sclerosis
- Parkinson’s disease
- Hospice care patients
- Peripheral neuropathy
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) for patients 18+
- Seizure disorders
- Sickle cell disease
- Tourette’s syndrome
- Caregivers may also qualify if they are the legal guardian of an adult patient or the parent/guardian of a minor patient with a qualifying condition.
